The capture time for your listing depends on the square footage of the property. In addition to the time spent capturing your listing, the technician will walk the property first to ensure everything is ready to be captured. On average, a 1,500 square foot home takes 15-30 minutes to capture with a Matterport Pro3 lidar camera.

After placing your Home Pro Order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from JAG Drone Services. Once a Capture Service technician confirms they can scan your property, we will send you another email letting you know. After the scan is completed, your digital media will be available via JAG Drone Services cloud within approximately 1 to 2 business days.

You’ll receive at least 25 High-Res Photos, which should include at least one image for every room and space. Several images will be produced for each main living space, such as the living room, kitchen, and family room. For larger homes or properties, you may receive more than 25 High-Res Photos to ensure that each space is represented in your listing. The exact number of High-Res Photos provided will be tailored to the size of the property.

With Home Pro if you are unhappy with one of the High-Res Photos, we can digitally capture another angle or composition and edit an alternate version upon request. Simply contact our support team and specify the Order ID, which High-Res Photo you’d like to be edited, and what would you like to be improved. Our photo editing team will extract another High-Res Photo from your 3D tour, and edit the photo to your liking.

The Social Video is a short clip (about 10-20 seconds) of your property. It’s an excellent tool for social media, grabbing viewers' attention and getting them interested in learning more about the property.

The starting point isn’t always best placed at the front door, even though it’s the standard choice in about 80% of models. In some cases, such as condos with less appealing entryways, we prefer to start in the living room instead. This approach creates a more welcoming and impactful first impression.

Each Digital Pro package includes furnished and defurnished views by default. This means both the 3D tour and the High-Res photos are available for every listing. Today, we default to showing the true capture conditions first, which is typically a furnished view of the property.

General hosting is $65 per space for an additional 12 months. For preferred* customers we include 6 months of free hosting with each space thereafter we charge $38 per space for an additional 12 months of hosting billed annually. 

*Preferred customers are those with whom we have a ongoing vendor relationship.
